Ellie suggested, and we all agreed, that we could rent a large house in the Poconos and all 12 of us spend a few days together. We drove up in three separate cars.

Kuau, Everly, Anne and I went to Jim Thorpe for a couple of hours. They have this tourist train.
Muggles Mug, Jim Thorpe. It is supposed to be Harry Potter-themed, I wouldn't know since I know very little about HP. Nice cafe, though.
Ellie, Joe, and the five older grandchildren went skiing for the day at Shawnee. Maisie and Reid are quite experienced, the three Cheungs took their first lessons. Jessica went with them, but didn't ski as she had a bad ankle.
